'Blue Jean Baby' Russian Sage PP#29281 gives gardeners a chance to enjoy the scents and lilac-blue spikes of this versatile perennial – without it taking over the garden. When fully established, 'Blue Jean Baby' resembles a low woody shrub in the landscape that dies back to the ground in winter.
